À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes : ménage non fait, absence de produits d’entretien, rideau occultant inefficace laissant passer la lumière extérieure, et une odeur d’humidité. Après signalement, le propriétaire est intervenu rapidement : nettoyage complet, changement du rideau occultant, du tapis et des rideaux. Nous saluons cette réactivité, même si les échanges initiaux manquaient parfois de clarté sur les délais. Au final, le logement était conforme après intervention.
