The building is modern and very clean. There are excellent amenities like a top notch grocery store, hair salon, cafe and amazing indoor pool / gym. Very impressive Also the elevators are plentiful and fast. Once you get to the room the natural light and views are impressive. All the appliances and bathroom fixtures are up to date and well maintained. Our host was responsive
The security is inconvenient. Our access card took a long time to get and the system is finicky.

The staff is very helpful and responsive 24 hours especially Mr. Ahmed. There is a market inside the facility. The room and furniture is clean and comfortable.
There is no housekeeping to clean the apartment everyday, but when we requested any towels or soap they brought to us (special thanks to Mr. Ahmed). The kettle was not in good condition.
