地點好，巷口有超市跟超大間的AEON Mall,走路到宮之澤站1號出口約5～8分鐘。
2層樓的房子乾淨又舒適

もともと古い一軒家ですが、フルリフォームされていてとっても清潔でキレイです。ベビー用の食事チェアもあってとても良かったです。
子供も入れて6人で泊まったのですが、
カトラリーやタオルが揃っていなくて、残念でした。
紙コップを買いに行きました。エアコン１台のリモコンが中国語のみでよく分からなかったです。
また掃除代の一万円が別途請求なので、分かりやすく宿泊代に乗せておくといいなと思いました。それでもお得に泊まれるので問題無いと思います。

Ein schönes Stadthaus in einer sympathischen Stadt. Die Wege zur Metro und zur Bahn sind okay. Ein toller Supermarkt liegt immer auf dem Weg.
Ein Hinweis mit dem Umgang des eigenen Mülls und wann die Müllabfuhr kommt, wäre gut. Die Waschmaschine trocknet nicht, hat aber ein Luftgebläse für wenig Wäsche.

お部屋も写真通りとても綺麗で、トイレもお風呂もとてもきれいでした(^-^)
私たちは外食だったのですが、キッチンも綺麗でいろいろ揃っていました！
①1階にエアコンがなかったこと(；ω；)
びっくりする位暑くてヤバかった。お風呂場も1階にあるので、これで料理したら暑過ぎて死にますね。
2階にエアコンが２台あるので、入浴後は2階に逃げる生活をしていました。
②表札が『南』
非常にわかりづらい。
建物自体も、他の建物の裏側にあるので看板や表札をshiroにして欲しい。
③建物までの細道が雑草だらけで歩きづらいのと玄関前の玄関フード？が大量の虫の死骸だらけでした。
掃除しといて欲しかったです。
