宿泊人数の変更などの相談も日本語でやり取りができ、チェックイン・チェックアウトともにスムーズに行えました。 内装は画像の通りほぼ新築でとても綺麗で清潔でした。 食器や冷蔵庫・炊飯器など設備も充実しておりゴミもゴミ箱に分別して入れるだけでよいのでとても簡単でした。

札幌中心地や、電車で最寄りの桑園駅からは少し距離があるので荷物が多い場合はタクシー等を利用した方が良いと感じました。 寝室数は3つで各部屋に2つずつベッドがあるため、同じベッドで寝たくない場合は6人までが宿泊可能だと思います。

They have 2 wc/toilet and 2 bathroom which is very convenient for big group/family. The bed and room itself are comfortable.

This property is best with vehicle because train station is around 500m which is kind of far for older people. Bus station is near but during my stay it happened to be during snowstorm so the bus were not operating and taxi is hard to get. The house is new and the layout and amenities exactly as in picture. The bed is very comfortable we had a very good sleep every night. The heating system also functioning well and the house is warm throughout the stay. The instruction for everything in the house is very clear. But just be careful when using too many electrical appliance at the same time it will cause power trip/blackout for a moment.
