DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY – WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

This place should be BANNED from Booking.com. We were LOCKED OUT at 2 AM after checking in, just because we went out for few minutes to grab food. The owner KNEW we were arriving late due to a car issue and was informed and agreed in advance. We entered the property, saw how awful it was, and left to get food—only to return and find ourselves locked out, with no warning, no call, NOTHING. We tried calling the owner multiple times—he ignored us completely. He even had the audacity to lie and say we never checked in. Unbelievable. The property itself is DISGUSTING. Broken door hinges, creepy jail-like vibes, no fan, dirty sheets, and just one pathetic light in the room. Definitely NOT the kind of place you’d feel safe or comfortable in—especially at night. The neighborhood felt unsafe, and being locked out with no support was terrifying. Whole Apartment smells disgusting, clothes everywhere, dirty shoes welcome you once you enter the apartment, to my shock once I opened the property door it literally started falling because of broken hinges, same lock problem with the room door. We ended up spending the night in our CAR, stressed and scared. I was crying. It completely ruined the first night of our trip. We had to book a different property last minute for thrice the budget we planned, all because this HOST decided to act heartless and irresponsible. This was not just disappointing—it was traumatic, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Not even worth for cheapest price so if you value your safety, peace of mind, and basic human decency, STAY FAR AWAY from this haunted house.
