Apartament jest przestronny, czysty i bardzo wygodny.
Dobrze urządzony.
Byliśmy w 5 osób i wspaniale spędziliśmy czas.
Na dole jest sklep, w pobliżu są restauracje i bary.
Do metra spacerem 15 minut:)
Świetny kontakt z osobą zarządzającą.
Brak zmywarki.

Property is in a very good location, everything from groceries to good restaurants you can find at walking distance. They had outdoor infinity pool and other leisure activities which I loved

Communication was super easy. Facilities and staff are excellent. In general a car is helpful in Dubai but not required in this location - it is possible to walk to the metro and there are plenty of restaurants and services in the JLT community that are walkable as well. For kids there is a play room and an outdoor playground a few steps away. Dubai Marina is also a good alternative but the downside is that it is super busy with people and cars, and exiting by vehicle can take a long time. Here at JLT you just leave and you are good to go - 20 min to any point in the city.
Not many downsides - it would be nice if one of the big supermarkets like Carrefour was closer, but there are numerous smaller ones nearby.
