Close to Penang Airport for an early morning flight. The instructions and housekeeping are detailed and very easy to follow. The check-in procedure is easy to follow. Deposit refund was made the same day. Can highly recommend a stay here.

It is closed to amenities. Ground floor there’s rows of shop including grocery store and self-serve laundry. I’m quite surprise the unit came with a massage chair😍. There’s parking available and all on ground floor
Some fixing (aircond and electrical socket outlet) required (informed the property owner), but it is not a big deal since the property owner was very courteous and helpful

Superb in cleanliness. Very neat and tidy house. All the facilities provided are fully well function.
The kitchen got refrigerator, dining table and sink but stove and cooking utensils is not provided. For future improvement maybe can put small rice cooker. Anyway u can bring your own food and reheat with microwave provided.
I'm not sure whats is the recurring like water pump sound near the 2nd bedroom area that keep me awake from my sleep because the sound is kinda bit disturbing for me.

Easy excess to food and mostly near to the place that i need to visit. There are a lot of food variety near to the place.
At first, it is quite difficult to understand the parking system and how to reach the lobby from parking. But thankfully with help of the host, it can be solved.
