The place is new and you have everything you need in the apartment. The kitchen exceeded our expectations and the terrace with the big table is so nice! The drying rack was so useful and a nice touch because usually there is not enough space to dry your things. The bed is comfy and the couch opens and is bigger than I expected. It is close to the beach and you always find a spot for parking on the side of the road in front of the building. A place we would come back to for sure!

I can't say I didn't like something, but this is what I think may be improved.Some more space for clothes would be lovely, a bigger closet. I loved the bathroom, but when you flush the toilet you kind of wake up everyone in the room, it is pretty loud( this is just a thing to know, but with plumbing problems that you often encounter in Greece, it was great that the water had pressure and everything worked nicely! 😀 ) . I think the place would benefit if there would be someone from the staff there more often so those who come for the first time can find out about Stavros, places to eat, beaches and so on and it would give it more of that Greek hospitality that most are used to.

Relaxed family vacation.

Everything was perfect, completely new apartments, super clean. Spacious duplex apartment with sea view. Host was helpful and friendly. The location for us was perfect, quiet area, close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish I had plan more days for stay there

New, modern nice place with big lovely terrace. It a perfect place for family stay. It's in my list for second visit for more days. I'd like to say thank you to owner and staff for their very friendly attitude.

Beach is close to place but there are stones what is almost normal for Greece. The good news there are alternative in a distance of few minutes with car.

Prachtig gebouw, fijne locatie maar moet nog verbetert worden.

Het is een prachtig complex in de buurt van zee en strand. Fijne locatie om snel lekker te kunnen relaxen in de zon. Maar voor comfort heb je meer nodig dan alleen een mooi en nieuw gebouw. We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad maar dit kan met een paar kleine verbeteringen nog veel leuker zijn.

Een goed ontbijt hoort bij een leuke vakantie. Een pannetje om eieren on te koken is er niet. Ook geen keuken handdoek of theedoek. Het warm water in de keuken is aangesloten op de koud water kraan en kan gevaarlijk zijn. Ik heb nog gezocht naar personeel maar die zijn er niet vaak en dus niet gevonden. Lamp in de slaapkamer defect.. nou ja ik laat het hierbij

Locatia in zona foarte linistitita, camera foarte curata, prosoapele erau parfumate, gazda foarte discreta si totodata la dispozitie , daca am fi avut nevoie.

As fi avut nevoie de cuiere la baie si poate un dulap pentru depozitat haine.

Un apartament absolut superb

Sejurul nostru în acest apartament a fost o experiență peste așteptări! Deși spațiul are în jur de 35 mp, este atât de bine organizat și amenajat încât totul pare mult mai generos. Este cochet, aerisit, modern și decorat cu un gust excelent, îmbinând perfect confortul cu estetica. Ceea ce ne-a plăcut cel mai mult a fost patul matrimonial situat la un mic nivel superior, aproape ca un open-space în stil mezzanin, o idee ingenioasă care creează un sentiment placut, dar și o notă aparte de originalitate. Cele două balcoane sunt un mare plus, rar întâlnești așa ceva la un apartament de dimensiuni reduse! Unul este perfect pentru savurat cafeaua de dimineață cu o priveliște relaxantă, iar celălalt oferă intimitate și un loc perfect pentru citit sau pentru un moment de liniște la final de zi. Apartamentul este complet utilat – bucătăria are tot ce trebuie pentru șederi scurte sau chiar mai lungi: plită, frigider, veselă, filtru de cafea, iar baia este curată, modernă și foarte bine întreținută. Lenjeria de pat și prosoapele sunt curate și de calitate, iar spațiul general este îngrijit și primitor. Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și atentă, comunicarea a decurs ușor, iar check-in-ul a fost rapid și fără complicații. Ne-am simțit imediat ca acasă. Zona este liniștită, dar foarte bine poziționată . Recomand din suflet acest apartament celor care caută o cazare frumoasă, curată, bine gândită și cu un strop de originalitate. Este perfect pentru cupluri sau călători solo care vor confort și atmosferă într-un spațiu mic, dar cu suflet mare. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

E loc de mai bine!

Cameră suficient de mare, chicineta echipată corespunzător, balcon mare dotat cu masă de lemn și patru scaune comfortabile.

Curățenia lasă de dorit, în timpul unui sejur de o săptămână s-a făcut curat o singură dată. Tot atunci s-au schimbat și prosoapele. Lipsa administratorului de la proprietate este un alt inconvenient: turiști cu chef de badminton în curtea proprietății după ora două noaptea cu care nu aveai cum să dialoghezi civilizat.
