Bocas Sunset Beach House

OMG what an amazing place this is! We truly didn't even expect it while making a reservation, that we will be in a real paradise. Starting from perfect communication with the host, who shared with me all the details (how to get to the island, how much should watertaxi cost, best supermarket at the main island etc.), through our stay (suggested trips at the island and the neighborhood) as to our checkout. The house is really prepared to LIVE there, not to spend vacation. We had there paddle boards, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, even the cotton buds! The view at the ocean, being right in the middle of the jungle - amazing experience! House seems to be new, everything was really clean. I am pretty sure that we will be back there to spend more time!

The only thing I didn't like about this place, that we couldn't stay there for longer time.

The house was spotless when we arrived, it is a remote escape but actually quite accessible by boat. We were a little worried about bugs but there are screens on all windows so they were not really a problem. It's got an amazing view from the balcony with all sorts of birds passing by and a lovely kitchenette and bbq available for at home dinners. I stayed there with my family and we absolutely loved being able to just grab de kayaks and the snorkeling gear and go right into the sea off to an adventure. There is NO air conditioning but they've got large fans in all rooms and balcony area plus the ocean breeze makes it really enjoyable. We had to keep an eye on the solar system which was a little intimidating at the beginning but Frances made it really easy to understand, she also helped us schedule tours and shuttles and provided useful information. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the mattresses were clearly chosen with care. After long days of exploring, it was such a relief to have a cozy bed to return to. The house also offers hot showers, which were very much appreciated after a day of adventure in the jungle. We did have to be careful with water usage because it's an eco-friendly house. Overall, this jungle house provided a great mix of adventure and comfort, its an authentic experience that offers both tranquility and convenience, I would highly recommend booking this place. It’s perfect for those who want to connect with nature without sacrificing comfort!
