The water around the villa and dock is shallow and clear. A ladder is provided for guests to enter and exit the water.
For guest safety, diving and jumping from the dock, villa, stairs, or any part of the property is not allowed. Swimming is at your own risk. Guests should check water conditions before entering, use the ladder for water access, and supervise children or anyone who is not a strong swimmer.
Life jackets are provided in the dock box for guest use.
Please note that docks and stairs can become slippery when wet or after rain, so guests should walk carefully.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Very clean, spacious and the AC at night made sleeping very comfortable! It was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

The place is gorgeous!!! We loved the jungle behind us, and the ocean view in front. Location is good, an easy boat taxi to various places. Matt and Morgan were terrific, they gave us great advice and helped with any need we had. All the equipment; snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards were in great shape and good quality. The only reason that I can’t give it a 5 star is that it rained a lot when we were there and we needed a covered space; an umbrella or covered deck to be able to enjoy a meal or game in the rain. We did run out of power as well, which was likely our fault as we were trying to stream the Olympic hockey games and had the TV on much of the day. Overall the pictures don’t lie, the place is very beautiful.
