Ca'Antica sinagoga - Venice Canal front apartment

We liked the area it was in, the size feels ample and having a table to eat and sit at in the bedroom was nice, you are next to the canal so you sometimes see gondolas ride by, and I loved the bathroom/shower and size of it out of all our of our hotels.

Bed was uncomfortable, but pull out couch bed was better, check in was slightly difficult and delayed by like at least an hour, but staff was very apologetic, friendly and responsive/available.

Muy bien ubicado . En una plaza con mucho encanto del barrio judío. Céntrico . Con todo lo necesario y muy silencioso. Espacios muy amplios

Lovely apartment in the Jewish Ghetto but in easy reach of the rail station and other parts of Venice. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities you could hope for. Reaching the apartment is quick and easy from either the rail station or the Guile water bus stop for transfers from the airport. It was way to get the keys from a locked box and we were provided with all the information we needed to get to and access the apartment.

Nothing to mention

Air conditioning worked well, kitchen functioned well, and the bathroom sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine were all in very good condition

Bathroom occasionally smelled of garbage (smell coming from outside apartment), little black flies in the bathroom (I killed between 5 and 10 during my stay), ugly embedded stains in one of the chairs, limescale build up on shower door, ugly build up around tiles in kitchen floor, lots of construction happening in neighboring buildings that caused many hours of irritating noise, very inconvenient to have to drop off garbage and recycling between 6:30-8:30 in the morning or supposedly wait for someone to knock on your door (which never happened during my 4 night stay unless I just couldn't hear them through the construction noise). I would highly recommend contacting the host before booking to ensure these things have been fixed.
