Good location

The sleeper couch was broken, and slept uncomfortable. The utensils in the kitchen needs upgrading, as well as the plastic glasses

La situation, la porte sur le canal, la grandeur de la chambre, la sdb et les équipements ( machine à laver).

Il manquerait une petite table dans le coin cuisine.

La réactivité de l'hôte. L'emplacement géographique et l'équipement de l'appartement

La gêne due à des travaux non annoncés. Le reveil de bonne heure par des bruits de perceuse et le materiel devant la porte d'entrée, obstruant le passage.

Air conditioning worked well, kitchen functioned well, and the bathroom sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine were all in very good condition

Bathroom occasionally smelled of garbage (smell coming from outside apartment), little black flies in the bathroom (I killed between 5 and 10 during my stay), ugly embedded stains in one of the chairs, limescale build up on shower door, ugly build up around tiles in kitchen floor, lots of construction happening in neighboring buildings that caused many hours of irritating noise, very inconvenient to have to drop off garbage and recycling between 6:30-8:30 in the morning or supposedly wait for someone to knock on your door (which never happened during my 4 night stay unless I just couldn't hear them through the construction noise). I would highly recommend contacting the host before booking to ensure these things have been fixed.
