    At first glance, everything seemed quite fine. But each day came with its own unpleasant surprise. - The staff barely speaks English. They will say “yes” or nod in understanding, but no action follows. - On our first day, my colleague ordered room service. Staff even took photos of the menu items to ensure the order was correct - yet the food never arrived. - The toilet in my room was very dirty upon check in, which I reported immediately. I was told housekeeping would be sent, but nothing happened for almost an hour until I personally went to reception again. Only after a staff member came to inspect the room himself was someone sent to clean it. - There is no safe and no way to lock the door from the inside - at least not in the rooms on the first floor. The consequence? Someone entered my room in the middle of the night. The hotel later claimed it was a group of trainees who had mistaken the room. No words. This is a serious security issue. - I sent a shirt for ironing, but it came back with even deeper wrinkles than before. It was embarrassing to wear to a business event. - I also gave a delicate shirt to the dry-cleaning service because of a small stain. It came back with the stain worked deeper into the fabric, while the area around it had been bleached. I had specifically asked beforehand whether they could properly handle delicate items and only proceeded after they assured me they could. This was far from a 4-star experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
