Camas ótimas, quartos confortáveis, limpeza impecável. Apartamento perfeitamente funcional: internet, tv, ar condicionado e eletrodomésticos em perfeito estado. Destaco ainda a segurança: a fechadura eletrônica funcionou muito bem.

The host was very responsive and provided all necessary information. The apartment has a strong security system, which is good considering the crime situation in São Paolo. The location is quite good, though it was still shocking to see all the homeless people and piles of trash as you walked towards the next shopping mall or cafe. A friend who lives there, however, confirmed that it was one of the best locations we could possibly choose. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen looked nice, although we only used the coffee machine.
The apartment looks good in the pictures: modern and well-equipped. However, the pictures do not show the sewage smell from the bathroom that permeates the entire space. Although aromatic sprays are provided by the host to relieve the situation, they are not a solution. What the apartment really needs is a proper fix of the plumbing situation.
Also, the bathroom is tiny, so that a person of normal size cannot even move freely. The sink is located outside the bathroom in a niche, so that there is no real privacy.
