בנוי משני חללים, בכניסה לא ממש השתמשנו בו, חדר השינה גדול ונוח לשימוש עם מזגן שני חלונות גדולים מקרר וביקשנו וקיבלנו קומקום. חדר המקלחת גם ממש גדול ומרווח מאוד. הבחור שקיבל אותנו טוראל ממש מקסים ונתן לנו המון טיפים לגבי באקו, הוא גם מדריך טיולים במדינה באם אתם מעוניינים. מדובר על עמותה שמשכירה שני חדרים במתחם שלה.שהוא שקט מאוד. יש מחוץ לחדר מיכל מים וגם אפשרות להכין תה, המיקום ממש מצויין כ10 ד הליכה לעיר העתיקה ולרחוב נזימי
המזרן לא נוח מרגישים את הקפיצים ונוצר המון רעש כאשר מסתובבים. יש יותר מידי שלטים בחדרים המציינים מה אסור- ממליץ בחום למי שמנהל את המקום להוריד את רובם ולהשאיר רק על דלת הכניסה:), זה פשוט לא נותן תחושה של "ברוך הבא"
