Appartement quasi neuf Vue magnifique Équipements neuf ( cuisine sdb tv connecté box clim ) Grande terrasse Parking super pratique
Le canapé n’est pas prévu en couchage ( nous étions 4 ) Appartement pour 2 en couchage Terrasse ultra sonore on entend parler les voisins Présence d’une piscine en dessous la terrasse avec les nuisances sonores qui en découlent Odeur d’égouts persistante SDB Accès chaotique 2,5 km de montée Nous sommes restés plus de 3 semaines le couchage et la piscine auront été un gros point noire pour nous malgré la beauté de l’appartement et sa vue Si vous êtes 4 passer votre chemin
