Welcome to your 3-star “Meublé de Tourisme” vacation rental, offering a panoramic view you’ll never tire of, day or night.
Renovated in early 2020, this property is very well equipped with mostly modern appliances.
The spacious living room, which opens onto a 20 m² covered terrace, is the perfect place to relax in complete tranquility. The small garden, approximately 50 m², rounds out the property.
“Ambilight” Smart TV.
The air-conditioned bedrooms feature 160 cm beds purchased new in March 2021.
The development consists of villa-style buildings with ample shared parking.
The apartment feels like a house once inside (open layout).
The unit is on one level, but there are a few steps leading down to it (18).
Option to rent a locked garage for 50 E per week (subject to availability).
Small dogs allowed (one per stay and under 10 kg—flat fee = 30 €). Cats not allowed.
Minimum stay of 5 nights during the off-season.

Super gelegene Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht! Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieter, welche sehr bemüht sind, dass es an nichts fehlt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Wenn es frisch wird, kann man auch gut heizen. Der Strand ist sehr nah, 10 min zu Fuss. Die Unterkunft ist, ohne wenn und aber sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Superbe vue sur Ajaccio . Bon accueil des propriétaires . Location propre et bien équipée . Seul bémol c'est l'accès au logement . Ne convient pas du tout aux personnes handicapées . C'est dommage il y a trop de marches pour y accéder .
