Amazing location and roomy

很漂亮的一个别墅，在别墅区里很安全，但是又有一个后门，可以直接穿过房东兄弟的房子，大约五分钟走到街上，打车很方便，还有一个711在附近。泳池很干净，附近也很安静，三个房间很大，我们三个人住的很开心

主卧的热水器我们用不来

The Villa is located in a gated community that adds a level of mental and physical security. The villa is very spacious and felt well maintained. I loved that it is a 3 minute scooter ride down to the beach and walking distance to a bunch of shops that are slightly away from the busy/main streets which you may not visit if staying near the beach strip. (Reminder, you must tell the taxi/bolt drivers to get a pass at the gate or they wont be let in and youll have to walk roughly 300 meters to the entry gate, otherwise you can use the back entrance to a little side steeet.) The owner is very attentive and his brother lives in the side street behind the villa. One day we asked for help with the bbq and his brother kindly spent 10 minutes sweating in the sun to show us the art of how it's done. After a few days he may pop in to check in and make sure everything's going smoothly and offer to clean the house or replace the towels, I didn't expect this when staying at a villa. I'd say if you don't want him coming in, maybe mention it at the start. My only suggestion would be to add a few more plants along the wall opposite the pool as it is a bright white wall, which in my opinion, is asking for a mural or some greenery to add bit more tranquillity/personality. Things I liked: - upstairs shower - ac worked great in every room - pool is awesome - spacious house/rooms - working fridge, washing machine, TV, microwave, induction stove top -blackout curtains - fresh towels

There were very few things I didn't like, some minor things I mentioned to the owner and most were immediately rectified. Minor things, - doors can be hard to lock and prove frustrating at times if you're trying to hurry. We often left it unlocked due to this - no outdoor sun shade. If you are hanging by the pool, you'll find yourself shifting chairs to stay shaded in the afternoon. Keep in mind that there is always a shaded spot due to the neighbouring high wall. -Master bedrooms on Suite shower does not run hot water. (There is a separate bathroom just outside though so it's not a major issue)
