Clean and tidy accommodation.
Shower had good water pressure and temperature control. Good fan in bathroom.
Beds were comfortable.
Good array of cooking equipment so able to cook anything.
Seemless check in process! Lock box on the front door, and the code was sent earlier that day - worked out well, easy process.
The extractor fan over the stove didnt extract the air outside of the apartment so didnt help when frying/cooking.
Maybe needed more detailed instructions on locating the apartment as it was set off the street, through a different building, up stairs, accross a patio. Easily found it but could be confusing for some.
Its one bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor, then the queen bed on the mezzanine floor. The access to the mezzanine is via a ladder. Would be difficult for older people or people with physically limitations.

It was cheap. It was cozy. It was not as far from everything as the reviews made it seem. The bathroom was really nice and the bath was good. heat and ac were good. The rooms were very clean at the apartment.
When we got there it took a while for them to tell us the code to the lockbox. There wasn't a great view compared to other places in Zermatt. It was a little confusing finding our way to the apartment.

The apartment was very clean. Had everything you needed. Spacious for Zermatt prices. Everything was well thought out. We really enjoyed our stay. Was lovely and cosy. Would stay again.
The pillows were very odd. All were very clumpy so we didn't get in with those very well.
Location is outside of the zero emissions zone, so that was a bit of a surprise to us having been used to no fumes from vehicles in Zermatt centre on previous visits. But the price allows for this. I don't think this was stated in the details though.

Lits confortables, spacieux, équipements. Propre. 10 minutes du centre de Zermatt.
Difficile de trouver le logement le soir car il n'y pas de lumière. L'entrée se trouve dans un dépôt donc endroit insolite pour chercher l'appartement. Un peu le labyrinthe pour trouver l'appartement le soir à 22heures. Bruit du train qui passe à proximité et les camions dans le dépôt.
