    Tausi Palace offers great value for money with a good price and a very strategic location. Situated in the heart of Stone Town, everything is within walking distance — shops, attractions, restaurants, and even the meeting point for island trips. The building is old, but that’s part of its charm. It has a very unique character with classic architecture that reflects the history and culture of the area. Staying here feels more like experiencing the heritage of Stone Town rather than just a normal hotel stay. Overall, it’s a convenient and interesting place to stay, especially for travelers who appreciate location, accessibility, and a touch of history. Perfect base for exploring Stone Town and nearby island activities.

    This visit was for just two nights but we would have happily stayed for longer. We will most certainly stay again on any future visits. Location was perfect. Loved all the interior furnishings, especially the roof top terrace offering great views and lovely breezey atmosphere and of course the best breakfast. see you next time.
