    The WiFi was reliable and the bathroom facilities were clean and functional, contributing to a comfortable stay. The location was fairly convenient, however the view and nearby shopping options left something to be desired. The staff were present and did the minimum to help which was ok for me personally but they could have been friendlier to make for a warmer welcome. Overall it is a good value for money with decent amenities.

    The points that I'm disappointed with this hotel are 1. The hotel room and reception area is dirty. Floor in the room is sticky 2. My teenage daughter was travelling with my wife and I so we paid THB300 for an extra pillow, blanket and a bottle of water only. No mattress was provided like in other hotels which only charged us THB200 for a set of pillow, mattress, blanket and a bottle of water.
