    I honestly do not understand why LHC Hotel and Resort calls itself a five-star hotel because it is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue was hygiene and cleanliness. I saw a lizard inside the room, which made me feel really uncomfortable and worried about the hotel’s safety and hygiene standards. After I went to reception, they gave me another room, and I appreciate that the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. In fact, the staff were probably the only good thing about this hotel. Another terrible issue was the bathroom design. There is basically no proper ventilation, and the bathroom door does not fully close, so all the smells come directly into the bedroom, which was awful and very uncomfortable. The location is also very inconvenient. The hotel is very far from the city, and getting anywhere costs a lot of money in taxis, which adds up quickly. Yes, it may be a budget option, but it should not advertise itself as a five-star hotel because the experience was far below that standard. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
