A nice place for short trips. Stayed here for 4 days, and everything went smoothly.
The room given is in the annex just a few steps from the main building.
The economy twin room is spacious and comes with comfortable bedding and a small table for work.
It only provides towels, with no other amenities. The bathroom is adequate, and the shower has hot and cold water.
They also offer 2 free bottles of water daily; coffee is available. A refrigerator, a hair dryer, a water boiler, and a set of utensils are also provided.
During my stay, I was assigned to the 2nd floor of the annex. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It’s very close to a 7-11, some office eateries on the other side of the street, and another eatery nearby.
Close to both ARL and BTS Phaya Thai Station. Just 1-2 mins walk.
It’s a gated community with security guards; both the annex and the main building use key card security.
Things to improve are the room walls, it’s quite dirty and need to be repainted.
The annex WiFi connection that seems to be slow sometimes. And some thorough cleaning as some hair from other guests is still present during my stay.
Overall, it was a good stay and good value for money.

We stayed there for a night. The room was so small we couldn’t find a place for our luggages . The room was not clean , why the photos always shows differently. Dont believe the photos . I wouldn’t stay again.

Nice room on the top floor with an exclusive balcony. Enjoyed my stay. Only downside was the room had water leakage from the roof due to the heavy rain on the day of my check in. Good service and very helpful staff!
