You get what you pay for

Communication bad, description bad, very basic, had to request a kettle to boil water, the terrace was 2 chairs placed either side of entrance door difficult to find as the building shown on booking was not named apartmento capolterra only the apartment on a lower level was named above asked 15 min grace on checking out was refused photo is terrace, took very long time to locate

The description says there's a terrace, but in reality, it's just a chair in front of the entrance door. Because the apartment is on the ground floor and local residents are passing nearby, the windows are constantly covered, making it dark inside. Old towels and mold outside the shower make a bad impression. This is a worthwhile place, but it needs some effort from the hosts.

La posizione era davvero ottima, e abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l’auto a circa 100 metri, in un parcheggio pubblico e gratuito. I proprietari sono stati gentili.

L’appartamento si trova al piano terra di un vecchio palazzo, nel cortile dietro un ristorante cinese. Purtroppo la cucina non è stata praticamente utile, perché era molto poco attrezzata e le poche stoviglie presenti erano davvero sporche. I mobili erano vecchi e al letto mancava completamente il topper, quindi le molle si sentivano fastidiosamente nella schiena. Gli asciugamani erano molto vecchi, sottili e piccoli. Nell’appartamento sopra stavano facendo dei lavori, quindi ogni mattina ci svegliava il rumore del martello pneumatico e le vibrazioni della casa. Con quel casino era impossibile anche lavorare.

Umiliato e accusato dall’host. Inqualificabile!

Una delle esperienze più umilianti della mia vita! 4 giorni dopo aver effettuato il check out, sono stato contattato dall’host, la quale mi ha accusato di aver recato dei danni all’immobile e di aver lasciato tracce di sangue e residui di droga all’interno dell’appartamento. Io, avendo ovviamente la coscienza a posto riguardo a queste accuse, mi sono sentito talmente male che sul momento non sapevo neanche come replicare, il tutto davanti a mia zia che si trovava in macchina con me, per non parlare del tono che è stato usato nei miei confronti, soprattutto quando è stato preteso da parte dell’host una somma in denaro. Dopo essermi recato dal mio avvocato, ho ricontattato questa “signora”, che dopo essere stata messa di fronte all’evidenza del fatto che dopo di me ci erano stati già altri ospiti (io ho prenotato dal 10/11 al 11/11, mentre gli ospiti successivi sono arrivati il 13/11 come mi è stato riferito da lei stessa) mi ha chiesto scusa, dicendo di essersi confusa, come possono comprovare i messaggi che ci siamo scambiati, io accetto le scuse perché fortunatamente sono stato educato a modo, e proprio per questo mi affiderò alla giustizia per fare in modo che nessuno venga più trattato così, almeno da questa signora.

Er bevielen ons veel dingen aan het appartement. Het was goed gelegen daar het 10 minuten/kwartier van het meer of de haven lag. Het was ook schoon en hele vriendelijke eigenaren.

Accogliente e vicinissimo al centro

Appartamento pulito e confortevole a 2 passi dal centro e a pochi km da altri bellissimi luoghi da visitare. I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto con simpatia e disponibilità Casa completa di tutto il necessario.

.Letto matrimoniale non comodissimo ( materasso morbido e sottile) per chi soffre di mal di schiena.

Pessima pulizia

Siamo stati 3 giorni a Desenzano quindi 2 notti nell'appartamento Capolaterra... la posizione era ottima, la signora molto gentile... All'arrivo ha dato la sua disponibilità in caso di bisogno.. Vicino al centro... Stazione e tt i servizi

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia non ci siamo. Appartamento davvero sporco.. Non abbiamo potuto usare il forno per le placche sporchissime...briciole e sporco nel mobile della cucina.. Macchie sul pavimento... Bagno con lavatrice piena di polvere ovunque.. La ventola non si vedeva perché era sommersa di sporcizia.. Capisco che c'è tanta gente incivile e che non si può pulire a fondo casa in 1 ora però la polvere non di giornata ma di mesi... Briciole e carta nei cassetti con macchie di olio non è accettabile... E nemmeno macchie sul pavimento... Ho dovuto lavare la macchina del caffè perché non si poteva usare da quanto era sporca... Mi spiace davvero x la brutta recensione ma la pulizia da parte di chi affitta dev'essere eccellente. Ripeto mi spiace perché la signora è stata davvero gentile e ha dato la sua disponibilità in caso di bisogno ma noi non abbiamo disturbato... Ho pulito quel che ho potuto... Consiglio ai proprietari di prestare più attenzione alla pulizia... Ho letto le altre recensioni prima di prenotare e sinceramente non capisco voto 10 x la pulizia... Inaccettabile.
