Apartment in country house with entrance first floor with kitchen / living room and sofa bed and internally stairs to the ground floor with large double bedroom and bathroom, barbecue garden and private swimming pool with playground at 150 meters (crossing the street).
The beaches and the center are about 800 meters away, Gardaland Movieland and beautiful water parks are about 19 km away.
At the center you can take the boat to the beautiful towns of Lake Garda.
Pets allowed only if educated (max 1).

We had a fantastic stay, The hosts, Antonella, Fabio and David have a great property and they are excellent hosts. They recommended places for us to visit and to have dinner. They invited us to have breakfast one morning and we talked with David while we ate. We learned more about the place and about Decenzano.The apartment itself had everything we needed and it is a short walking distance from the water at Desenzano. From there, the ferry took us all around the lake. They have a nice pool at the property as well.If we are fortunate enough to go back to Desenzano, we will be booking Esmera Country Apartment again.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, close to shops like Lidl and DM and still very quiet, not much traffic around. The property is beautiful and the pool next door which could be used was perfect for late evening swims. All in all, we would come back for sure and recommend staying here. The owners were super nice and helpful. Thank you again for your hospitality:)

Perfect located just a short walk from the beach, marina and not far from the train station. Private parking right by the apartment. Fully equipped for self cataring if you choose to do so. Even a washing machine. The only things we would say could improve the appartment would be a kettle, a full length mirror and an extra fan so you don't have to carry the one up and down the stair. Pleasent stay in a cosy apartment on a very nice location, surrounded by nature, near the center of Desenzano and a very good pizzeria nearby. Some investments in the mattress is advisable.

We very much enjoyed our holidays in Desenzano del Garda. Antonella and Fabio were very helpful and easy to contact via whatsapp (already before arrival). The appartment and pool were clean and as depicted on the pictures. We would definitely recomment this appartment.

We had a very pleasant vaccation in this appartment. The Pool and jacuzzi are just over the street and open at any time, we appreciated this very much. The bedroom is downstairs and hence a little cooler what is very nice for sleeping. One can reach the city center by foot easily and two really good restaurants (recommended by our hosts) are very close by. Our hosts were super friendly gave super helpful information and offered help whenever we needed it. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, the refrigerator could be a bit colder. Overall we would highly recomend this appartment

Great base for exploring lake Garda

This is an excellent base for exploring Desenzano and the lake Garda area. The train station is also a short drive away (10 mins with free parking) with trains to Verona, Venice and Milan. The property is is clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped. The only slight downside is the rather old bathroom, this could do with an update I feel. The hosts are friendly and quick of offer help and advice on the sights and local restaurants. There is a great pool over the road and also a play area for kids too. All in all a good place to stay

Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2-3 Personen perfekt geeignet und ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist optimal, zum Strand und Zentrum gelangt man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Haus ist sauber, Parkplätze überdacht und sehr übersichtlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, allerdings wären 1-2 scharfe Messer und 1-2 kleinere Töpfe angebracht, dann kocht es sich leichter. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, großes Lob! Der Pool und alles drum herum ist in 2 Minuten erreicht, mit genug Ausstattung für Schattenplätze, wenn benötigt. Es gibt einen Whirlpool und einen großen normalen Pool mit genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Restaurants und Bars sind zu genüge vorhanden und direkt erreichbar, ebenso sind die Empfehlungen der Vermieterin hilfreich. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Platz, wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

El alojamiento limpio y ordenado, la anfitriona fue muy atenta y estaba pendiente de lo que precisabamos. Lo único malo fue que los supermercados estan un poco lejos si no tienes coche.

Wir sind von Antonella und Fabio herzlich empfangen worden. Es sind wirklich ganz nette Vermieter. Trotzdem kann ich keine gute Bewertung geben. Die Wohnung hat uns nicht wirklich gut gefallen. Die Küche und das Bad sind nicht im guten Zustand. In der Duschkabine waren Schimmelflecken. Die Küchenausstattung war spärlich. Es gab kein passendes Deckel zu den Töpfen und Pfannen.

Die Buchung und der Check-In wie auch der Check-Out lief reibungslos. Antonella hat uns einengrößere freie Wohnung zum selben Preis angeboten, die etwas ruhiger lag, da in der Nähe der eigentlich Unterkunft Arbeiten stattgefunden haben. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Ofen konnte Antonelle direkt behilflich sein. Da ich die eigentlich gebuchte Unterkunft nicht bewerten kann, bezieht sich die Bewetung auf den besseren Ersatz!

Venedig, Verona und Mailand komfortabel machbar + Pool; Tennis - und Fußballplatz in sehr gutem Zustand, Badmintonfeld, Tischtennisplatte inklusive Schlägern und Bällen etc nutzbar + Super Tipps (Ristorante Garda und Bäckerei) und Service (Desinfektionsmittel in der Wohnung) von Antonella + für 2 Personen riesige und saubere Wohnung - teilweise Kleinigkeiten defekt (Tür im Bad schließt nicht richtig, Dusch Kopf defekt)

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden von Antonella sehr herzlich empfangen, haben viele Infos zur Umgebung mitbekommen und konnten uns den gesamten Aufenthalt immer an sie wenden, wenn wir fragen hatten. Der Pool mit Jakusi war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Antonella und Fabio sind wahre Gastgeber! Immer wieder gerne!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est calme, bien équipé et la piscine à côté est un vrai plus ! A 10 min à pied du lac, et non loin non plus de Densezano (15 min à pied) ça a été un très bon spot pour découvrir le lac de garde. Nous recommandons !

Das Landhaus mit Garten hat Charme und uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Appartement ist großzügig, einfach gehalten und tip-top sauber!Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und auch unser kleiner Sohn hatte genug Platz zum Toben. Für ihn wurde sogar extra ein Reisebett mit allem drum und dran bereitgestellt. Leider ist die Matratze des Doppelbettes nicht mehr die aller bequemste, konnten aber auf die anderen Betten ausweichen . Wir wurden sehr herzlichen Empfangen und auch die Absprache im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen an alle die es gerne gemütlich und ohne viel Schnickschnack mögen!

Die Lage war wunder schön. Das Haus war zwar alt und nicht perfekt ,hatte aber Charme. . Der etwas verwahrloste Garten hatte etwas Uriges und gefiel uns. Der defekte Duschkopf wurde sofort ersetzt.Leider gab es nur einen Gas-Durchlauferhitzer, der sich in unserer Wohnung befand. Wenn jemand aus den Nachbarwohnungen heisses Wasser benutzte , war bei uns der Wasserstrahl sehr dünn. Was wir allerdings sehr negativ empfunden hatten, war das Fehlen einer Kaffeemaschine, eines Wasserkochers oder weningstens einer Kanne. Die kleine Expressokanne sollte man nicht als Kaffeemaschine im Inventar aufführen. Wenn man an Nicht- Italiener vermietet, sollte dies erwähnt werden. Denn es gibt auch im Ort weder eine Kaffeekanne noch eine Bodrumkanne zu kaufen. Und es sollte erwähnt werden, dass es nur ital. sprachiges Fernsehen gibt. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, auch der auf der anderen Strassenseite befindliche Pool war sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement, spacieux pour nous deux. Entouré d un très grand terrain, ce qui nous a permis d être tranquilles et au calme. Propriétaires sympas et très réactifs. Nuits très chaudes et moustiques italien voraces!! Mdr. Merci antonella et Fabio pour votre accueil. On aimerait revenir!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ruhig gelegen. Stadt und See trotzdem schnell erreichbar. Für die Kinder war der Pool besonders toll. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. Haben Schöne 10 Tage verbracht.

Na een warm onthaal konden we de buurt verkennen. Iets buiten het centrum van Desezano gelegen, maar de gastheer voorziet ook gratis parkeerruimte aan het meer. Zwembad en jacuzzi zijn een bonus. Je hoeft enkel de straat over te steken en je kunt genieten van een heerlijke duik in het zwembad. Het appartement is basic maar prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Verouderde inrichting maar koel en aangenaam. Veel ruimte en ideale uitvalsbasis voor een heerlijke vakantie.

We spent a good time in this Appartement. It is not far to go the lake from the Appartement. The Appartement is big for two Persons. The Service is good. Some little things could be renewelled but it is a good appartement and a very nice Person!

Da wir bei unserer Ankunft Probleme hatten die Adresse zu finden, haben wir die angegebene Nummer angerufen und sofort kamen Antonella und Fabio auf ihrem Roller angerauscht, um uns den Weg zu zeigen. Wir wurden sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was für einen 4-Personen-Haushalt benötigt wird, inklusive Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. In fußläufiger Nähe (einmal über die mäßig befahrene aber gut einsehbare Haupstrasse) befindet sich der gepflegte Pool, der, sehr zur Freude der Kinder, abends mit Farbwechsler beleuchtet ist. Der Obstgarten vor dem Haus lud zum Verweilen bei einem Kaffee ein. Für Ausflüge haben Antonella und Fabio gute Tips parat. Unsere Wohnung war eine der günstigeren Kategorie. Sollten wir in unserem nächsten Urlaub noch einmal nach Desenzano fahren (was gut sein könnte ,-) würden wir einer Wohnung mit Klimaanlage und Balkon den Vorzug geben. Aber für eine Woche war es für uns perfekt und wir haben nun eine Anlaufstelle.
