Comfy but logistically challenging
Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and great location- right by Sugar Shack with delicious breakfast offerings, and easy access to highway to go down into Twain Harte or up to Pinecrest.
There is no central air. There are two portable air conditioners but when using them with any other appliance it trips power for the entire cabin. We had to reset the electrical panel several times during our day. The internet also went off line several times and needed to be reset. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably but only has kitchen seating for 4. The windows can be opened but upstairs there are no screens and downstairs they don’t stay open by themselves so you need to get creative with ways to prop them open. Finally when using the downstairs portable AC unit ensure you have it in front of an open window or it makes the cabin warmer.
