"We were grateful for comfy beds and enough room for the five of us to stay together - four came from PA and met up with me (from TX) for a cousin’s wedding weekend. We were glad for plenty of hot wate..."

Relatively close to United Center as expected. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and kitchen were really good, offered quick breakfast (coffee and oatmeal), and offered extra supplies if needed (Ex. Towels, blankets, dishes..). Overall, it felt like a comfortable and cozy home.
Figuring out the entrance to the location was tricky since you have to drive through a tight alley through the back of the property in to a small parking space. Despite instructions, getting the keys was a puzzle as well as was trying to enter the property since nobody is around to actually guide you. We stumbled upon a really messy and eerie basement when exploring the house that we ended shutting the door to. And as much as the alarm offered security, it was obnoxious having 50 seconds to stop and reset it every time you enter and leave the property before it goes off.

I liked that it was right down the street from where we were to go.
I didn't like the stairs but we made it work, also we were told that the raining was fixed in the room that was leaking and it wasn't, also when we came in for the first time it was very hard to get in, but we got in ok. The 2nd bedroom started leaking earlier this morning because it had started raining real bad. We left the beds turned down the same way we had to come into the apartment and fix it ourselves. Overall it was a nice stay. We also couldn't get the TV to work in the master bedroom. That was such an inconvenience

How close it was to everything.
The apartment at 1st sight looks to be in the projects. Because the apartments are so close to it smelled not so fresh in the apartment. It looks like the apartment was inherited from a grandmother or great grandmother and no one bothered to redecorate. Upstairs was sooo hot it was difficult to sleep. Quiet hours are from 10p to 6 or 8am, that had to only be for us. Because the 1st night we didn’t fall asleep until after 3am because of all the noise. Also I originally asked if 1pm was okay and was told yes, because of trafficI changed it to 2pm and was told 2:30p was soonest I could check in. I am not sure why it changed.

It was comfortable mainly downstairs
There was a leak in the bedroom and the lock was broken to the home when we arrived. She didn’t give clear directions about the alarms and the rail coming up the stairs was broken. The tv downstairs does go in and out and the towel holder in the bathroom is broken
