There is self check-in, which made arriving very easy. Yorgos was very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It is within walking distance of the metro, but if you have heavy luggage like I did, I would recommend taking a taxi to the station. From there, the metro goes directly to the airport with no transfers. There is also an airport bus, and Yorgos is happy to provide details or answer any questions you may have. The apartment is small but very well designed and makes excellent use of the space. Although it is in the basement, it has a patio that brings in natural light and fresh air, making it feel much more pleasant. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the summer heat. Yorgos also left water, coffee, and some sweets, which was a thoughtful touch.

The location was great - about 15min from the center area. A lot small stores around to buy groceries . The apt had all basic amenities, equip kitchen and was clean. Host was great and helpful- responses quickly to any inquiries. Though the apt might be small for 2 people with huge luggage, it is a great deal for one person or if you are travelling light. More like a executive studio size with a kitchen and hall.

L'appartement était très propre et très bien situation à 25mn à pied du cœur d'Athènes. Le quartier est très chouette avec des bars sympa et un très bon glacier. L'appartement est silencieux et dispose d'une terrasse. Situé en entre sol, il y fait frais ce qui est un plus quand il fait chaud.

Excellent location and very good communication with Yorgos. The apartment is perfect for both short and long stays, as it has all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this place.
