C mlean, friendly ,helpful staff, And excellent location. Good air conditioning and lighting.

No chair in room to sit and nowhere to put luggage on or clothing. Mirror not in right spot. No private fridge and micro wave. Not sure it was said online. Towels are not provided. Also Should give notice online to bring own towel and slipper for shower and washroom together. Used slipper is not very hygienic.foot disease can be transmitted. Eg. Hong Kong /fungus foot. Hallway has stored too much stuff.

The location was excellent. We had to modify our expectations to meet those of a different country where all domestic residents live in a lot less space that we are used to in the West. But we are adaptable; chose lower-price accommodation deliberately, so we were willing to adapt to what we found - and having done so, we found the accommodation was all we needed for our 8 day stay, We lacked nothing, the queen double bed was very comfortable, and bedlinen was changed every three days, which was a treat. The owners were friendly and interested in us. There was a dairy/"corner shop" immediately outside the entrance, so we could buy milk, bread and other provisions there; and the nearby Mong Kok night market was a great place to buy fressh vegetables. The room was very comfirtable and functional, and had tea and coffee facilities in the room (our milk was stored in the fridge in the "communcal area" not far from our room). And the MTR station was only 4 mins walk away, giving access to the whole of Hong Kong, Kowloom and also Airport Express.

As Westerners close to 70 we are used to more room (e.g. spaceto walk all the way around a bed), more facilities (e.g. wardrobe/hanging space) and we weren't used to having the toilet and basin inside the [large] shower cabinet. Instead we found that our room was very small with no hanging space, and the shower was a hand-held over the toilet. This meant we needed to adapt! We aren't a couple to complain (and we are used to staying in hiking huts so we don't require luxury) - so it took some practical and mental adaptation in order to be willing to live out of suitcases for 8 days (the suitcases fitted happily under the queen bed).
