Personable and helpful owner, clean apartment with a nice balcony. There is a grocery store nearby, and the beach with the walking path lined with cafes and restaurants is just three blocks down the hill. Always nice to have a kitchen.
The balcony is ground level with mostly views of the other towering apartments. No ocean view, just a slight view of a hill off to the right. There are no real beds, just couches that fold out into beds.
