Stan u perfektnom stanju, nov, uredan i dobro opremljen! Lokacija odlična, blizu plaže. U okolini ima i prodavnica, supermarket i restorani, a što je najvažnije smeštaj ima garažu i parking mesto koja je veoma bezbedna i komforna, tako da ne morate razmišljati o automobilu ako dolazite sa njim. Takodje, vlasnici veoma korektni ljudi.
