Budget-friendly 1BR in the city center

Location was fantastic!

The shower and toilet are uncomfortable to use as they are small. Larger people will find it difficult.

Great place in the city center

The location was outstanding - only a minute’s walk from Main St and Casemates Square. The apartment was fully equipped for self-catering. Also had a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The price was very good for Gibraltar. The instructions to locate the property and enter were very clear.

Well-equipped. Location's great, right in the centre, but honestly that's not a huge deal in Gibraltar since you can walk everywhere anyway. The staff were super responsive—when I got there and couldn't find the portable AC, I messaged them and they sent a new one within an hour. While I later found out the old one was just hiding in the wardrobe the all time.

The portable AC requires the window to stay open, so cooling is inefficient—the living room stays hot while only the bedroom gets cool. The bathroom is right next to the bed (about 30cm away), making the room damp, and the toilet isn't separated by a wall. While the facilities are new and well-equipped, the room feels old—one window doesn't lock, windows the door lock is a traditional one, and the key safe was faulty (any PIN worked). Soundproofing is also poor. So it doesn't feel very secure. The bedding and sofa smelled mouldy. The dim lighting made the space feel a bit gloomy. As there's nothing to hold the window open, so it keeps blowing shut. So little natural light gets in the room. The curtain in the bedroom is not a blackout one, advice to bring eyemask. The wifi name and pin provided in the welcome message is wrong, the pin on the router is also wrong, can only connect by scanning the qr code.
