Our room was acceptable but toilet seat was broken, power cut (not your fault) but 2 disabled walking up to 5th floor OUCH Also would suggest tea towel place in room for cups extra and a shower mat for stepping on once out Finally was a little upset than when we left our room one morning, the opposite Liberty penthouse door was opened for cleaners and we saw balcony with table and chairs Not moaning as we hope to re-visit

A bit small

The location is ideally situated for a couple of days/long weekend exploring Gibraltar. The property in general was very clean including my room & bathroom. Value for money. Great water pressure + a fabulous shower. The facilities in the room were generous. Good heavy doors with sturdy locks. As a solo traveller I felt very safe

The advertising for the accommodation was contradictory. It's listed as a Classic Suite which it was not. It was a (not particularly spacious) double room with an en suite. The photos provided would also suggest that the room was overlooking the street and had shuttered windows and a balcony. The room was actually at the back of the building, without shutters or a balcony. Whilst the facilities were generous, the room did not have a chair, which was a shame as there was room for one. In order to make full use of the facilities provided you would have to sit on your bed to eat, which would not be ideal for a couple. There was no full length mirror in the bedroom, although there was sufficient wall space for one to be fitted. The air conditioning unit was very noisy. You wouldn't be able to sleep in the heat of summer with the noise it made. There was a fan heater in the cupboard for chillier nights but it wasn't working. Somebody had turned the fridge up to MAX, which you wouldn't notice unless you were on your hands & knees. The food, milk & water I placed in the fridge on day 1 froze solid over night. The food stuffs and fruit were ruined when they had thawed out. There was lots of door banging on my 1st night and I can only assume that other residents were having some problems. Given that the accommodation has CCTV throughout I would have thought that the hosts would have attempted to resolve the issues with the residents, but can only assume this did not happen as the noisy door banging happened again the following night.

Small room, had to buy my own power socket converter, no floor towel in the bathroom (resulting in wet floors), small bed (comfortable for one person, but I couldn’t imagine sharing it with another person), fairly poor sound insulation from the other tenants. It was ok as a solo traveler in the off-season, but I don’t think I’d like it during summer or if I had to share the room
