43 Vacation Home With Private Pool Located At Formosa Gardens!!

We absolutely loved the house. It really gave us a "you're at home" vibe. Really felt welcomed, also felt like the host communication was great. They checked in on us upon arrival. There was an issue with the AC & they responded with a quickly manner.

The fan in the king size room was not working. There was a small one at the side of the bed that we used. But would have liked to see maybe a standing fan or somethimg else we could have had.

It was comfortable and spacious. It was also very close to all the Disney attractions.

It definitely needs some updating and repairs. It looked like underneath the beds hasn’t been swept in awhile.

The property was exceptionally wonderful!!! The house was beautiful, spacious & had beautiful decor. The neighborhood was located 1 mile from all needs for my family such as Walmart, restaurants, gift shops, etc.

The only 4 setbacks of the house were: 1) The battery to the door went dead during our stay & maintenance couldn’t fix it until we checked out. Therefore, we had to lock the door from the inside & walk out thru the pool area to secure the house when we would leave. 2) The jacuzzi was not hot & felt was the same temperature as the regular pool. 3) Not enough linen. Each bathroom came supplied with 2 towels & 1 wash cloth. We had to buy linen from Walmart. 4) Trash was full on the curb for the residence when we arrived. A friendly visitor (a raccoon) surprised us late night digging through the trash.

Location. Had the right amount of bedrooms with 2 rooms with 2 twin beds

No supplies. Only had salt/pepper that other guest left. No coffee filters, oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil,basic seasonings, shampoo/conditioner, only 2 garbage bags. Did not leave internet pw. No recycling instructions, one television did not work. Electric can opener did not work. Only 1 extra roll of toilet paper. Refrigerator freezer leaked. It took 24 hours for temperature in house to go below 78. Just disappointed in basic supplies. I used to rent out my lake house & I always supplied these items. I left a note that said if you use it up, you replace it & guest always left useful items for future guest. Coffee filters were a big deal- I left the whole package (we used 5) so if they are not there, cleaning crew took them. Basic items are important.
