The villa is in a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a lake. It's very spacious and has all the amenities that you could want or ever need for a comfortable family stay. Loved the pool and the outside space, which is all very private. The property is very close to all the Disney attractions, which is particularly handy as you can come and go to the Disney parks during the course of a day if you want.
We had no real reason to contact Phil during our stay, but he seemed a really friendly amenable person when talking to him before we arrived.
We would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone.
We were a bit unlucky with the weather at times, so maybe Phil could do better next time! ha ha

Villa was very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Area is quiet and peaceful but close to attractions. Host provided excellent instructions and was very helpful.
