Perfect spot for a few days stay in Lymington. I was staying for a wedding and the apartment provided a very comfortable and convenient base just a few minutes walk from the high street. I loved the small touches like the fresh milk in the fridge and the welcome basket. The apartment was immaculate and well kitted out for a much longer stay. Check in and communication was also super clear and easy.
Some shower gel would have been nice to have, otherwise flawless!

The room is big enough and clean. The position is perfect.
The heating is not working properly at night. After the first repair, it was not working again and even hot water is not enough. Luckily be solved the next day.

Clean and spacious
Need a hook to hang clothes in the bathroom and a hook beside the wash basin to hang the hand towel

Excellent location. Avocet felt spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Storage is good. This was our second stay at Avocet and we were equally impressed as when we first stayed.
