Le Gite du chat bleu lijkt in eerste instantie een rommelig oud Normandisch huis. Maar alle basisvoorzieningen (bedden, keuken, douche/wc) waren schoon en modern. Het heeft een heel goede ligging om het sfeervolle stadje Pont Audemer te bezoeken; een stadje met veel stroompjes, kanalen en water (voor o.a. de leerlooierijen) Je kunt het huisje onderweg mooi combineren met de veerpont van Duclair over de Seine, wat een leuk gratis alternatief is voor de bekende 'Pont de Normandie'.
Niets. Maar het heeft opstapjes, waarover minder mobiele mensen misschien zouden kunnen struikelen.

No breakfast provided but that was known so no problem. The cottage is VERY homely and relaxed atmosphere present and the host went out of his way to be friendly and helpful
