Asunnon koko ja väljyys. Mh, oh, k, wc, suihku ja sauna olivat mukavat. Asunto oli lämmin eikä ollut vedon tuntua. Lasitettu terassi voisi olla kiva oleskelutila kesällä, mutta nyt talvella emme sitä käyttäneet.
Luhtitalon 16 (lumista) kiviporrasta ei ollut ilmoituksessa mainittu. Oli raskasta kantaa matkalaukut sisään ja ulos. Osa ikkunasalvoista jumitti eli vaatisivat aseöljyä tms. Baarijakkaroiden lisäksi voisi olla kaksi ihan tavallista tuolia. Baarijakkarat olivat meille hieman liian korkeat ja huterat, jotta niillä olisi ollut mukava istua ja ruokailla saarekepöydän ääressä. Nyt istuimme aamupalalla vuodesohvalla ja käytimme baarijakkaroita "pöytinä" tuoremehulaseille, kahvikupeille ja puurolautasille. Nojatuoli oli liian lötkö ja matala. Siitä oli hankala nousta.

Gute Lage, ruhige Umgebung, Sauna
Die sehr strikt formulierten Hausregeln. Man fühlte sich dadurch nicht so willkommen wie in anderen Unterkünften. Freundlich formulierte Hausregeln ohne Androhungen von Geldstrafen sind viel besser. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spartanisch.

Sijainti asunnolla hyvä. Rauhallinen talo.
Asunnossa TOSI huono sisäilma. Heräsin molempina aamuina nenä aivan tukossa. Kylppärissä laatat irti seinistä ja takuuvarma kosteusvaurio josta sisäilman huonouskin johtunee.
