Nariya Bayfront Phuket

The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and located in a good area, particularly convenient if you have a car. The hosts were friendly, polite and responsive throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the villa was cleaned regularly, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately we experienced several significant maintenance issues during the booking. From the beginning of the stay, the water supply and shower pressure were unstable, with inconsistent water temperature. We then experienced a full day without water, and although the issue was addressed later in the evening after reporting it, the pressure continued to remain unreliable. Later during the stay, we also experienced a roof leak during heavy rain, which caused water to accumulate on the floor inside the living room. While I understand that weather conditions and heavy rainfall are outside of anyone’s control, rainy season patterns in Phuket are predictable, and properties hosting guests should ideally be prepared for this type of weather through regular maintenance to ensure both the safety and comfort of guests. The kitchen would also benefit from additional cookware options. We were only provided with one frying pan which was difficult to use without a large amount of oil due to food sticking to the surface. There were also no kitchen drawers or proper storage spaces, which made the kitchen feel somewhat unfinished. Small additions such as kitchen towels and a few more basic kitchen essentials would make the experience feel much more comfortable and homely. The property itself has good potential, and hopefully these issues can be improved for future guests.

cleaning generally is OK but is not very best quality, there is room to improve, the linen is a bit yellowish
