    Good location - near the beach, reasonable price. However, the service is not good. The receptionist does not care about what the customer mentioned in the booking in room arrangement. On 2nd day, before leaving the room, we confirm to receptionist: today no need to clean the room but pls fulfill water, facility items .... then I back to the room, nothing to fulfill. In the evening, when I asked they explained that no clean means nothing to do. Then they asked the security guy bring 2 bottles of water & 2 towels! Very bad customer experience for this first time of travel and staying here .

    Our room was clean and decent sized. Buffet was great inclusive as we like to eat breakfast early. Hao was very helpful at the front desk with anything we needed.
