This hotel as a lovely name grand hotel so you expect what i paid *** for 2 nights will be nice and clean place to be in
My room was dusty and floor was dirty not hoovering
Bathroom was not cleaned dead flies on the window seal
T.v not working in the room unless its connection to your device.
Shower tap water warm no heating in the room as its got cold at night but later found one inside wardrobe
This is not for family or couples hotel its for builder where they are happy to sleep eat and drink
Entrance public toilets filth its wasn't clean landing area too
I nearly fell on the carpet as it all coming up like hump.
We went downstairs for a drink after we arrived back for a night cap ask the staff if they can put the match on as England was playing she said they have no licence to watch a t.v.
I think this hotel need to be reviewed by all this site with proper description as they are advertising false information to the property
I paid for the best room but it was a nightmare didn't got what I was expecting
Please don't book with grand hotel till all the site reviews it as it dirty place to be in

Second time staying with in a few months and both times no great booked and paid for a double and the bed was so small it would be better for a single worst night ever
