A beautiful, peaceful and very unique setting. We enjoyed our stay. The views are exceptional.
A few irritating points: The place was superficially cleaned. (Kitchenware (eg glasses tacky) were not cleaned properly and the inside of the shower was tacky.) Visitors book is in tatters with no place left for our comments and suggestions. It was full a few months ago already.

The location is secluded and very well tucked away, but no too far to drive to the local supermarket for some groceries. The road to the cabin is not tarred, but a normal sedan vehicle is able to drive up the road. The ability to purchase wood and place the money inside the "honesty jar" is a nice touch.
I think the cabin needs a weekly or fortnightly fumigation. Due to its location (in the woods) critters and bugs are to be expected. We did find the amount of spiders (some poisonous) a tad too much. Perhaps some complementary bug repellant or perhaps a "must have" suggestion when booking.

"Cozy and lovelly cottage with a great view. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equiped. Cooking is possible even with longshedding due to the gas stove.
We would have stayed longer if ..."
