Indoor outdoor cozy cottage with sink. Communal shower and CR. Right on the beach. Wonderful hostess and staff. Simple breakfast provided.

Stayed there last May 29-31. The place was accessible and facilities were clean especially the restrooms and shower rooms. Nanay, the caretaker, was also really kind of good care of us when we were there. The picture also had complete amenities where you can cook. They also serve breakfast (might depend on your booking type). You may also rent the karaoke for 1,000 pesos for the whole day. The beach sand was light brown and the water is clean. Overall I will definitely recommend this to others and would love to come back here again next time. Thousand points for being pet friendly! Thank you, SeaView! ❤️

Thankyou Namacpacan Seaview! Super nag enjoy kami and comfortable kami throughout s stay namin. Here’s some points: 1. Ate Mila and her fam (caretaker), throughout the stay from check in palang ang accommodating na po nila. We early check in around 12PM since maaga aga kaming nakarating ng Luna, the locals around the neighborhood is accommodating too to call ate mila to check us. 2. Since we are the only one who book thru the stay, there is her apos and son to accompany us in sleeping tru the villa and thats a good point din because may security for the night hindi ka/kayo matatakot. Her fam is nice also. 3. The room, CR, and amenities is also good. Since kami lang don solo namin ito. The water is salty expected, but they have filter naman na generator so its safe. 4. The pool is a great point too, mainit ang pool so if takot ka sa alon, sa lamig, the pool is accessible too around 3feet lang, also may parang pa jacuzzi effect sila kaya mas nakaka enjoy ang vibe. 5. Ate Mila cooks food breakfast too, be patient with her around 8am-9am siya nag b breakfast and the serving is generous too 6. There is a MINIMAL cooking fee, so u can cook in the shared kitchen and free use of utensils. There is a free boiling water and coffee mugs beside the cottage area. Bring your own galon of water. 7. There is a towel and free amenity kit which is super duper we loveeee kasi wqla kaming dalang towel Hhahah 8. Medyo rusty na yung ibang mga metal details 9. The beach is literally in front! expect that there a lot of fishing boats also in the frontyard. 10. The wifi is slow, and the signal is poor for data connection. 11. Medyo awkward din bandang sunsent mag picture lalo na kapag girl ka and on yur bikini hahahaha kasi lumalaot na yung mga fishermen bandang sunset and kinda umcomfy yung staring so if you’re that kind of girl na medyo conservative this place is for u haha pero if hubadera ka, medyo uncomfy yung feeling of the eyes stares. May nag v video pa sa amin non na isang local kaya mehhh talaga yung feeling huhuhuh rather than that, some of the locals are respectful naman

Pros - Best people to have around, takes care of guests like family. Location is superb with a great sunset view Cons 1. No freshwater in the facility. Seawater is used in their pool, lavatory and shower. Good thing there is a poso or deepwell pump nearby and the caretaker upon noticing I manually fetched water, made sure we had a pail full ready to use for toothbrusing and washing our face. 2. No locks on the room. Sliding doors are broken so I made sure to bring our valuables in the car when we go out for lunch 3. Doors and windows are 2 way mirrors, so at night its hard to sleep because lights from outside beam through the windows. No curtains to block the lights outside specially during noontime.| Overall, it's the caretaker that made our stay worthwhile.
