The property offers decent parking and a nice garden, which made sleeping comfortable. However, the bathroom and amenities, and the cleanliness was below expectations. Faucets are leaking. The lock has problem. You can’t close it if all of your are outside. Our things are not safe and our privacy is compromised. The location was not very convenient, and staff service left much to be desired. We arrived early and waited because I understand the check in is 2PM. We waited for check-in. While waiting the staff were not even communicating with us directly, we need to follow up them about the accommodation. When 2PM arrived, I inquired and told staff about our accommodation, despite of our waiting, the staff just inform us that I can checked in after 10 mins. So I was really disappointed, we waited without the initiative to update us and when I took the initiative the staff informed me for checking after 2PM. This is the first time that I received this kind of treatment. I spent 11K for an overnight for making my stay frustrated. Facilities were average but did not compensate for poor experience. Never again. This is based on our personal experience.
