A mice inside Villa 3A. Had to check out very early at 530am the next day (Jul 11) so settled account night before through front desk lady. She committed to drop off a copy of my paid invoice at Villa 3A, never happened until she signed off. Booked a cart in advance to bring us (our luggages) to the parking, never happened as well. Just had to walk all by ourselves under the rain.

The surroundings and local team were really good, and for the most part we were the only other group there. Although the evening meals and lunch menu whilst interesting were not great frankly and we chose only to eat breakfast

Our stay at the resort had potential, but a few key issues affected the overall experience. First, the lighting inside the room was extremely dim. It was so dark that we often had to rely on our mobile phone flashlights just to look for our belongings or move around comfortably. Improving the brightness or adding additional light sources would make a big difference.
Another concern was the airport transfer service. Not only was it not complimentary, but the rate felt unreasonably high given that the resort is not very far from the airport. For the price charged, we expected either a more reasonable fee or at least a free shuttle service.
Overall, while the resort has its strengths, addressing these issues would definitely enhance the stay for future guests.
