    Overall, it was a happy experience. We got the teepee. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, and the shower had low water pressure. But we loved the staff and the ambiance of the place. They were very attentive and accommodating. The staff leaves in the evening, so you're left with the security guard overnight. Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working, but the security guard responded quickly and immediately called the manager. They transferred us to another teepee right away, so we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. If you're staying during the rainy season and you're getting a teepee with a shared bathroom, don't forget to bring an umbrella since you'll need to walk outside to use the restroom.

    What a pleasant stay at Zen Villas, my family will definitely recommend and come back here. Quiet place, the food are great, can walk around the garden, there are swings and dining tables around you can choose where to eat. My kids enjoyed the pool even it's not too clear. They also met friends during our stay which made it a great experience. The room is clean, towels are provided. It's indeed a pleasant stay at this reaort. Thank you Zen Villas for accomodating my family thru Agoda.

    Quite good because of calmness and serenity of the place but facilities can be improved. Like: shower, dusty balcony, cabinet, fan. Very nice and courteous staff. The mosquitoes are quite a challenge especially in the dining/restaurant area. But overall, it was a peaceful vacation for us.
