    Not recommended. The unit is old, dirty and not maintained well. There were small roaches crawling in the sink and in the hallways. They cut off the top of a mineral water gallon for the basin in the toilet. There’s no dim light. The balcony is dusty. The only good side is it’s in a busy location with many options for food.

    I like the location it being in makati avenue and is accessible to anywhere in makati/bgc//binondo via grab. It’s near the red light district so could be noisy at time but for me it’s not a problem. There’s ref as well. however the AC never worked even after complaining and having attempts to have it fix by their maintenance. Good thing there’s electric fan available. It’s so so. Just lower your expectations to facilities if you choose to book. I’d still recommend it for the price and location.

    •Staffs are NOT accommodating, VERY HARD to contact especially with all these issues in the room. • No WiFi • Toilet flush is broken • Heater was not working initially, had to figure out how to turn it on from the fuse box • There were cockroaches • Bedsheet had stains • Booked for 2-person but the guest kit provided was only 1
