    My parents and uncle are from Batac while I grew up in Manila. Every summer I always visit my grandparents in Batac. We live in the barrio and honestly, travelling is difficult from barrio to bayan. Now, visiting Batac is more convenient because of North Stellar Hotel. My mom and uncles are old and could no longer stay in barrio for a quick visit. With North Stellar Hotel's hospitality, friendly staff and location our stay in Batac is now more convenient. I also like how eco friendly they are with water refilling station just outside our room. We don't need to buy water bottles, thus prevents the use of plastic. And with a small addition to pay, they also offer delicious breakfast and serves them on time.

    We had a fairly good stay at the hotel. However, the rooms seem to be lacking in maintenance. One of the rooms we were assigned had a strong foul smell, and although we raised it with the receptionist, we were told there were no other available rooms. The cleanliness could definitely be improved as well. There were very few staff on-site, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. On a positive note, the kids did enjoy the pool — it was a nice highlight of our stay.
