We stayed one night. The location is perfect, close to the city center. Our bathroom door needed replacement. The room was clean and the staff as very helpful.

1. Most of staff is a bit rude.
2. Some items included in booking is not in the room, if you ask for it, they will charge you additional fee.
3. There's a lot of insects and bugs in the bed.
4. No heater in the comfort room.
5. The bedsheet and pillow cover is not new; you can smell it.

We arrived in Sagada by bus and immediately saw the sign how to get to St Joseph's Inn. Good thing we were using backpacks because it was an uphill climb to the reception area. We are grateful that they allowed early check in to our cottage because the room was already available. It was simple, with just 3 single beds, a simple bathroom (with water heater) and a kitchen sink. Minimal amenities included wifi, soap, towels and 3 drinking glasses. Good thing I brought my portable water heater and cup for my morning coffee. The Inn was walking distance to the tourist registration office, and many restaurants , and stores. We were on a hilltop so the view was great.
