    The room itself was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with Netflix and fast internet. The elevator was working, though often crowded, which is understandable for a residential condominium. We did notice two small cockroaches in the evening, but overall, the unit was still cleaner than typical motel rooms. However, my main issue was with the pricing and the host. I booked the unit at a very affordable rate through Agoda, but the host later asked for an additional payment, claiming the listed price was inaccurate, which I believe was not true. He only raised this concern on the check in date, when cancellation was no longer possible. Communication was also poor. The host was difficult to reach, did not respond to multiple calls and messages, and often replied late. This made the check-in process stressful and unclear. Overall, while the unit itself was decent, the experience was negatively affected by the host’s lack of transparency and responsiveness.
