First thing to know is that the photos are from when it was brand new. It doesn't look like this now. Second our first room was leaking water from the ceiling in the bathroom that was coming from the unit above us. The staff knew this and placed us in this unit anyway. The hot water wasn't working (really the breaker was just off) and I called the front desk to ask them about it. They sent a staff member up who just told me that there was no hot water in the ENTIRE building and proceeded to walk away. I later had to figure it out myself that the breaker was just off. Finally, we were looking forward to our morning coffee at the café downstairs but it was one of the worst coffee's I've ever gotten. The pictures look good but it's all looks. I literally had to tell the staff that my girlfriend's coffee tasted horrible. They were nice enough to make another one that was only slightly better. Positives: the staff were friendly. Other than that I would not advise that you stay here.

I would like to inform the management about our experience during our overnight stay with my partner. We arrived at the accommodation in the evening, and the reception informed us that someone would assist us to our room. However, when we arrived at our assigned room, the room attendant was still cleaning it. Because of this, we were immediately transferred from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. It was very inconvenient, and it seemed that there was a lack of proper coordination regarding room assignments. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean. The yellowish basin was not properly maintained, and I had to clean it myself as we needed to take a shower after a long trip. Furthermore, the pillowcases provided appeared old and worn, which did not meet expected standards of cleanliness and comfort. We did not raise these concerns during our stay as we were already exhausted from our long ride. However, as we also work in the hotel industry, we are sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken constructively to improve your service quality and guest experience moving forward.

I stayed here for a total of 15 nights as a solo guest, and the room and property itself are in good condition with a convenient location that suited my long trip. Unfortunately, the staff and cleaning team were extremely unaccommodating throughout my entire stay. Simple requests for assistance or room cleaning adjustments were brushed off without effort to help resolve my needs. While the physical space is acceptable for an extended trip, the unfriendly, uncooperative service from all on-site personnel significantly impacted my experience over these two weeks.
